THE PUNISHMENT OF FORTRESS INVESTMENT GROUP(ALL ABOARD FLORIDA)!!!!

Randall Nardone, Wesley Edens and Robert Kauffman
They finally got him. Randal Nardone of Fortress Investment Group luck is running out. After years of running amok, creating chaos and just all outright stealing. Trump has put an end to Randal and his boys criminal activity. Randal is being forced to sell his company Fortress Investment Group for pennies on a dollar. Principals Peter Briger, Wesley Edens and Randal Nardone will lead Fortress during the transition period. The Principals are also forced to invest 50% of their after-tax proceeds from the takeover back into Fortress-managed funds, in a gesture to repay stockholders.

President Trump is doing at least one thing right in going after criminal bankers like Randal Nardone. In the process stopping Randal from committing major fraud in Miami with All Aboard Florida(Bright Line). President Trump has a lot to protect in Miami, so even if the world burns down this will be the one place that gets protected. That leads us to believe that Mayor Gimenez may know something that we don't.
Now the only question is..."Is the President strong enough to send Randal Nardone to prison?"
Watch how things unfold!

CITY COMMISSIONER KEON HARDEMON UPSETS OVERTOWN, MIAMI!!!

City Commissioner Keon Hardemon

In the City's attempt to displace Africans from the Community of Overtown Keon Hardemon seems to be leading the charge. The City is using Keon and SEOPW CRA to create a new police force in Overtown. A community with a high police presents. What Keon doesn't understand is that when you give the police money to do extra they will do extra. What this means for the community is More harassment of people that look criminal, More arrest for misdemeanor crimes, More police shootings, and Added fear and frustration in the community.  This is a sure way to drive good people out of Overtown. The City hasn't even answered the charge of the police killing of an African man earlier this year in Overtown. Keon has a close personal relationship with the City of Miami Police and we all know why. But his partnership with them is almost criminal. At the least it's unconstitutional. Take for example the large amount of money he gave to put up a police camera that can look into people homes. This have been proven unconstitutional in other Cities, as an attorney Keon should know this. Even-though Keon will not seek a second term he still has to account for his actions. I just hope that the mess he makes will be able to be cleaned up by someone better suited for the job.

ALL ABOARD FLORIDA SAYS NO TO BLACKS!!!!!

Block 56 Overtown

No Blacks are hired in the construction of block 56. After a year of litigation. The decision to remove the lawsuits against block 56 was made at the request of Miami Commissioner Keon Hardemon. In a effort to work with the leaders of the Overtown Community we thought it best to fulfill the request of our Commissioner. We got a lot of backlash for this decision, but at the time we thought the Commissioner and SEOPW CRA would protect the community. We have been proven wrong. Florida East Coast Railway/ All Aboard Florida is the most disrespectful company in Florida. It has even come out that the FEC/ AAF officers that was used to arrest over 300 people in Overtown did not have Police powers. AAF even had to take the $1.7 Billion junk bond offering off the table in the face of skepticism among bond investors, who doubted that enough travelers would use AAF rail service to make it profitable. We knew from last year when the US DOT rejected AAF $1.6 Billion loan request that they would not be able to raise the funds needed to complete a passenger rail project. That didn't stop them from getting $17 million from Commissioner Hardemon. We have said from the beginning that AAF will build office buildings downtown. But as seen in Block 56 no Blacks will be hired.
All Aboard Florida says no to Blacks!

LIBERTY SQUARE HAS BEEN DECIDED -- Mayor Carlos Giminez is going Jorge Perez!!!!!

                                                               Carlos A. Gimenez

It's all coming out. The scheme of Carlos Gimenez and Stephen Ross. The bright idea to redevelop Liberty Square was born amongst friends. A very ambitious idea that would reap million for those involved. The Mayor of Miami-Dade, Carlos Gimenez was given the position of leading the play. The only problem was the play had to look legitimate. So in a effort for legitimacy a board would be selected to pick a developer for the project. This is where the problem started. Mr. Ross and the powers that be didn't think that the African community of Liberty City would think in terms of manifest destiny. They did not realize that as beat down and broken as the African communities in the Untied States are the people will always remain strong. In this strength the people will always take control of their destiny. The leaders in the Liberty City community have been quietly cultivating this strength, and are now stepping to the forefront to take control of their community. Mr. Ross and Jorge Perez are out side of this level of understanding.

                                                                   Stephen Ross

Stephen Ross may find victory elusive on the field, but he certainly does not off the field. Strong business men like Mr. Ross are used to controlling Government. So when Mr. Ross's company Related Companies found out they had lost the bid he had to do something. What happened next started what might be the next riot in Miami. Jorge Perez/ Related Development Group sent a letter to Carlos Gimenez office telling there star quarterback they did not like the play. In a effort to run the play over Carlos Gimenez office question who they believed to be the weakest link in the scheme, Liberty Square Residents Council President Sara Smith.
This is skimpily a case of not stacking the deck well enough. Liberty City is saying they are not having it and are standing behind Sara Smith, rumbling threats of violence.

Let's see what happens next!

CLARENCE WOODS III Has The Toughest Job In Miami !

Clarence Woods III

As a African American man coming from the streets of Miami Mr. Woods has earned his way into the toughest job in Miami if not Florida. Mr. Woods job is to change one of the poorest communities in the country into one of the best. African communities have been the target of economic hate and disenfranchisement since colonial times. Africans have bore the heaviest burden since the discovery of North America up into its present with President Obama.
African Pedro Alonso Nino navigated Christopher Columbus, African Conquistador Juan Garrido help discover Florida, African Crispus Attucts the first casualty of the American Revolution, African Harriet Tubman Civil War master spy the only woman to lead an armed troop into combat, and countless other Africans to shape, build, guide, and educate America into the power that it is today.
African Communities like Greenwood, Tulsa, Oklahoma (Black Wall Street); Jackson Ward, Richmond, Virginia; Durham, North Carolina; Rosewood Florida and many more have paid the price of being successfully economically independent by being burned to the ground.
Red lining and just an all out fear of African success has beat our community into the condition we our forced to live with today. But America has made a mistake and left one door open. That door is SEOPW CRA. With this door African communities across this great nation will have an example of what it will take to lead us back to our natural state.
Fighting against failing schools, drugs, negative stereotypes and economic sanctions we have taken a hard look at Mr. Woods for over the past two years. Some actions we have not agreed with, some we have, while letting all be known. We have watched Mr. Woods in the streets of Overtown talk to people and try to give them a better understanding of how the SEOPW CRA can better help them and for that we take our hat off.
Let's stand behind our Brother.

Overtown Fights Back Against Unscrupulous Developer Michael Simkins!!!!

155 NW 10 ST

This is one of the many properties taken from Black owners by the SEOPW CRA and given to Simkins. As you can see he doesn't employ any Blacks to do work in the Black community. The Daily Business Review will be reporting on the connection between Simkins, SEOPW CRA and a third party that has allowed Simkins to receive high valued property in Overtown's development path at the expense of Black owners.

219 NW 10 ST

As soon as Simkins bought this building at 219 NW 10 ST he put everyone out violating Florida Statute 83.67. The only person that was bold enough to stay was Rosa. "I had paid my rent so I didn't leave, he cut my electricity off. I was so afraid that when he (Micheal Simkins) offered me $1000 I just took it and left" said Rosa. After putting out the Blacks he moves in the Latins. Self Help evictions is common practice in Overtown now gentrifying is being added to the pot.

1160 NW 2nd Avenue

Overtown is fighting back against Michael Simkins. Simkins has spent $60 million in Overtown. He is being labeled as an unscrupulous developer. Simkins way of doing business is to buy an apartment building illegally evict everyone and in some cases tear the building down. This time the people displaced were upset enough to strike back. This Doesn't Look Good.
