After the stakeholders of Overtown reclaimed blocks 45 and 55 from Don Peebles things got ugly. Because of Mr. Peebles lack of vision and arrogant ways towards blacks Mr. Peebles has been dismissed as the developer. The community is now standing behind a new developer for blocks 45 and 55. This new developer has been a part of the Miami community for some time now, and promises all the respect and care that the Overtown community deserves. This new developer and development agreement with be unveiled soon as the ink is dry.

For far to long everyone has abused the Overtown community. Overtown has been robed of hundreds of millions of dollars. Watch how things unfold.
