BARRON CHANNER betrayed OVERTOWN!!!

BARRON CHANNER playboy front man for rich Developers wanting to do business in Miami has betrayed the Community that trusted him. Barron asked the men of Overtown to stand up for him to secure block 55 for a $150,000,000 project, after blundering the deal on block 56. Soon after it was agreed to sell Barron block 55, he moved quickly to bring in outside investors to build a skateboard park in Overtown. The investors he partnered with were young rich white kids looking to make a profit off of poor blacks. When Barron was confronted about this via telephone his response was "Legally you can't do anything about this". Barron you were sadly mistaken to challenge the residents of Overtown. Overtown has frozen Barron's $300,000,000 deal on block 45 and his $150,000,000 on block 55. Because Barron is an African American the Community is willing to unfreeze his agreements and work with him. But not until he is willing to agree to respect the Community.

Mr. Gentrification: CLARENCE WOODS

CLARENCE WOODS aka Mr. Gentrification, executive director of SEOPW CRA, Miami Florida on his way to the office. Clarence is responsible for $30,000,000 in tax increments per year to be distributed to the African American community of Overtown. We bumped into Clarence this morning as he displayed the same cocky aggressive behavior as always, balling his fist as he walks. People like Clarence is the reason why the Police are so comfortable with killing us and driving us out of the Community. Watch as things unfold. OUR LEADERS HAVE SOLD US OUT!  

The beginning of Gentrification in Overtown

Clarence Woods and the SEOPW CRA has started their plan of gentrification for Overtown. Clarence Woods has a white real estate agent to show spaces to non-African Americans. The only black business is being forced to move out. The Cuban owned beauty supply store that was shut down by the NET office for operating with out a license has reopened, and will remain.

Clarence Woods action's will land him in prison

Clarence Woods the executive director of SEOPW CRA has taken property from stakeholders in Overtown, rehabilitated the properties raised the rent and collected a profit, all to the benefit of himself. This is not only a conflict of intrest, but also a criminal act. If Clarence Woods don't correct his wrongs his actions will land him in prison.
