Race as nothing to do with it ignorant moron. They're crossing the tracks where they're not suppose to. Overtown residents and other residents near the tracks need to learn that once this commuter rail starts rolling through, it will be dangerous to cross at certain points. So stop waving the race card on non-racist issues.
