Randal Nardone wants the state and federal government to believe he can repay a $2 billion loan, but Mr. Nardone will not be able to pay back the $800,000,000 he has issued in bonds from All Aboard Florida and Florida East Coast Railway. If any of these State, Federal, or Private investors take a look at Amtrak, they will know, they are making a bad investment. This is a classic pump and dump.
