All Aboard Florida lied to Bond Inverstors about Collateral

All Aboard Florida
After Fortress Investment Group bought Florida East Coast Industries, it kept all real estate operations with Florida East Coast Industries and put all railroad operations with Florida East Coast Railway, said Bob Ledoux, senior vice president and general counsel of Florida East Coast Railway. In late 2007, he said, the parent company provided an easement to a subsidiary, later renamed All Aboard Florida, giving it exclusive rights to passenger traffic and the right to build a second track along the existing corridor.
Fortress has hired Holland and Knight to have the zoning of their real estate paralleling the tracks re-zoned to residential so houses can be built and sold off. Fortress's plan has been met with resistance from Homeowners from Homestead to County line in Dade County. Now Holland and Knight has to meet with Dade County officials and bully them into changing zoning.
"We didn't spend a lot of time looking at it just because we saw it as an equity play," said Michael Sohr, a high-yield portfolio manager at AllianceBernstein. "If you are moving freight in and out of Florida, it's the only place you can go. If anything were to go wrong with the passenger rail, people believe Fortress will do whatever it takes to make it work, because it is so invested in the railroad."
Will bond investors have anything to collect if All Aboard Florida default?

Quiet Dinner: A Protest Against All Aboard Florida's Passenger Trains

Over 22,000 people have signed a petition to stop Big Choo Choo in his tracks. No intercity passenger train operates at a profit. Randal Nardone wants the state and federal government to believe he can repay a $2 billion loan, but Mr. Nardone will not be able to pay back the $800,000,000 he has issued in bonds from All Aboard Florida and Florida East Coast Railway. If any of these State, Federal, or Private investors take a look at Amtrak, they will know, they are making a bad investment. This is a classic pump and dump.

Stopping All Aboard Florida From Destroying The Community

Edduard Prince is a Community Activist in Miami. He has exposed Randal Nardone and All Aboard Florida in an attempt to destroy the community for capital gain. Randal Nardone is a billionaire hedge fund Boss in New York. The name of Mr. Nardone hedge fund is Fortress Investment Group LLC. Fortress was the first publicly traded hedge fund in the U.S. IN 2007 Fortress was trading at $31 a share when it purchased Florida East Coast Railway(FEC) for 3.5 billion. After the purchase of FEC the bottom of the real estate market fell out, and Fortress stock fell to $.96 by Dec 26, 2008. In an effort to recoup the billions lost by FEC Randal Nardone has come up with a pump and dump scheme. The components of the scheme are.

 1. Issue bonds from the private Florida East Coast Railway to raise money.

 2. Come up with a high speed passenger rail project name All Aboard Florida to raise 2 billion in federal and state money.

3. Arrest poor blacks in Overtown Miami, Florida so they can be displaced and the headquarters can be built in their community.

The only thing Randal Nardone the Billionaire Boss did not foresee was EDDUARD PRINCE. Edduard Prince has exposed the 700 arrest of poor blacks in Overtown, Miami. Edduard Prince has filed a lawsuit that has stopped All Aboard Florida from owing the property to build it's headquarters in Overtown. In short he needs your help.
