Public corruption officers had spent more than $200,000 during an investigation of Danette Hardemon that led to her arrest on charges of stealing $30 in entry fees to a public park. On July 9, detectives began watching her and questioning drivers who’d paid her their entry fee. The next day, after speaking with about 60 motorists, police found six without tickets and believed they had evidence Hardemon may have taken $30. They read Hardemon her Miranda rights and questioned her. THE OFFICERS HAD NO WARRANT FOR HER ARREST.

Money that has been magically disappearing from Overtown and  magically reappearing in other Communities. Channel 7 News Miami report on All Aboard Florida unfairly arresting poor Blacks in Overtown Miami. Randal Nardone, Wesley Edens, and All Aboard Florida has been caught criminalizing poor Blacks so they can be easily relocated. As we reported in an earlier post All Aboard Florida attempted to purchase block 56 in Overtown to build their headquarters. Their plan was to have the people in Overtown deemed criminals and removed, and replaced by a more approved class of people Once again the people of Overtown are standing up.

We applaud U.S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx for standing up to Randal Nardone and Wesley Edens in rejecting their $1.5 billion loan request. The request was seen as nothing more than a pump and dump scheme to get rid of the failing Florida East Coast Railway. Randal Nardone is one of the biggest crooks our Country has ever known. Now if we can get Attorney General Eric Holder to take action Randal Nardone will be sitting in a jail cell. And guess who his cell buddy will be. Yes his partner, owner of the Milwaukee Bucks, Wesley Edens.

As reported Fortress Investment Group lead by Wesley Edens teamed up with Nationstar Mortgage and Freddie Mac to perpetrate what appears to be a cruel hoax in the form of a bait switch on homeowners desperate to keep their homes.
Daniel H. Mudd the former President and CEO of Fannie Mae, a post he held from 2005-2008,^[1] and, the former CEO of Fortress Investment Group taught Randal and Wesley all the tricks of the trade when it comes to stealing Billions of Dollars. In December, 2011, Mudd and other Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac executives were charged by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with securities fraud. "The SEC alleges they 'knew and approved of' misleading statements claiming the companies had minimal exposure to sub-prime loans at the height of home mortgage bubble." Hey Eric holder what happened to that case, I don't see anyone in handcuffs.

Just like a good crook there are no photos of Randal Nardone on the internet, so we are asking for everyone's help in providing us with photos and information that will land him and the rest of his bunch in jail. Your reward will be a better America. Remember these are the same people that started the mortgage crisis that turned our great nation upside down.

It is not in the tradition of American Men to teach their sons to bow to any man. You shame all American fathers with your statement. Stand like a man Sir, is what your father should have taught you. In March of 2013 the Residents of Overtown was told that All Aboard Florida (AAF) was about to take over the Community. All Aboard Florida plan was to 1. Displace the residents 2. Build AAF headquarters in Overtown 3. Get 1.5 billion loan from United States Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx.
The only problem was AAF underestimated the resolve of the Overtown Community. Historically the African American Community is an easy target for everyone to exploit. Our Community is subjected to poison, disease, inhumane conditions, poor schooling, mental abuse, physical abuse, lynching, and just out right killings from private citizens #Trayvon Martin, and the Police #Ferguson.
African Americans have never been able to influence any change up until now. Today is a new day, we have new leaders. Leaders with strong capabilities and clear vision. The man behind AAF is Randal Nardone. Randal Nardone is a billionaire Hedge fund manager in New York. Every step of Randal's plan has failed. 1. We had to petition the court to stop the displacement of the Residents. 2. We had to stop the purchase of block 56 from AAF. 3. After communicating the truths and realities of the AAF deal we have just learned that Anthony Foxx's office has rejected AAF loan application.
This is a change of destiny for all poor people around the world. One stone in the ripple of time. With this stone the example has been set. Watch what unfolds next.

$600,000,000 fight against Overtown from Miami City Attorney.

Assistant City Attorney Jose L. Arango shows the pain of loosing against Overtown in court today. Judge Jennifer Bailey denied the City's motion to dissolve. At issue is the freeze of $600,000,000 slated for development.

 

Jose L. Arango can't believe the fight he has on his hands and expressed it in a painful facial expression. We are confident that Mr. Arango will be okay. The same may not hold true for Overtown.

Clarence Woods executive director of the SEOPW CRA is selling out the community of Overtown SEOPW CRA receives tax increments from the city of Miami at the tune of $30,000,000 a year. Clarence Woods has made sure only Cuban developers receive contracts.

All Aboard Florida Bullying In Secret Meeting

All Aboard Florida held a secret meeting to close several streets around their purposed train station. Voters were told no streets would be closed at the building of the train station. Now the Voters are being back doored.

Why Rick Scott Turned Down High-Speed Rail.

For years now, we’ve been asking why on Earth Rick Scott would turn down $2.4 billion in high-speed rail. Finally, we’re starting to get answers. Scott said no to high-speed rail in order to cut out competition for a private company with strong ties to his chief of staff, Adam Hollingsworth. Scott’s showing his true colors once again. He put special interests and personal connections above real Floridians. Scott has got to go. This story is disgusting, but not surprising: Adam Hollingsworth was an advisor on the Scott transition team in 2010. He pushed Scott to turn down the infrastructure investment. Then Hollingsworth took a job outside the administration and immediately began lobbying Scott to move forward with All Aboard Florida, the intercity transit system his company had connections with. Scott said yes, and now All Aboard Florida is receiving millions in Florida taxpayer dollars. Hollingsworth later rejoined the Scott government. And there you have it. When you’re sitting in traffic on I-4, you know who to blame.
